Orders, wallet & quotas

Billing in GOCO revolves around three things: orders (a record of every purchase, paid online in USDT-TRC20), the prepaid wallet (balance payments and top-ups), and quotas (your plan decides how many sites you can build and how much storage and traffic you get). This page explains all three from the user’s point of view.

GOCO managed hosting grants site quota and resources per tier (prices shown live on the console Servers page take precedence):

TierSite quotaMonthlyAnnual platform feegoco-AI credits
Starter50 sites$49Waived (entry tier)50 included free at purchase
Standard300 sites$179ChargedOptional AI pack +300 USDT (300 credits)
Large600 sites$349ChargedOptional AI pack +600 USDT (600 credits)
XL 10001,000 sites$569Charged (higher)Optional AI pack +1000 USDT (1000 credits)
XL 20002,000 sites$1,099Charged (higher)Optional AI pack +2000 USDT (2000 credits)
  • Site quota: builds are limited by both the server’s own site usage and your account-wide total across all managed-hosting servers. When the quota is full (“Full — upgrade for more sites”), open the server detail and use Upgrade — you pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining period.
  • Storage: each tier includes base storage (from 200 GB on Starter, scaling up per tier); you can buy extra storage. The total-per-server cap depends on the tier — 2 TB baseline, higher for the XL tiers (up to 8 TB on XL 2000).
  • Included traffic: each month includes outbound traffic (all your sites combined). Overage beyond the included quota bills at about $0.2/GB (the console’s live price takes precedence); enable Overage auto-charge, otherwise unpaid overage may be served a lightweight over-limit page.

Your own servers (added via SSH) are licensed with license codes instead: one paid code binds one server and is valid for 366 days from binding; renewing extends it by another 366 days. Free allowance is no longer granted per server — instead each account shares one pool of 10 free build credits (SSH self-hosted and managed-hosting Starter draw from the same pool; once used up, buy a license / build credits or switch to your own API key). Bulk code purchases get 100 USDT off per 10 codes.

Online payment is USDT-TRC20 only. Every purchase (server license, code pack, renewal, wallet top-up, goco AI add-on, …) creates an order:

  1. Starting a purchase generates an order number, a receive address and an amount. The amount adds a random decimal suffix on top of the base price — this exact amount is your order’s unique identifier.

  2. Transfer from your wallet to the receive address. The QR code contains only the receive address, not the amount — enter the exact amount shown (including all decimals) manually and do NOT round it. Before sending, verify the red first/last 6 characters of the address to guard against clipboard tampering.

  3. The page polls for settlement automatically; you can also click I’ve paid to check right away. Once it lands you’ll see “Payment confirmed!” and the license / credits activate automatically.

Orders are valid for 1 hour by default, with a countdown on the page. After expiry:

  • The order shows Expired — do not send any more funds to this address; the address amount is released once an unpaid order times out.
  • If you transferred in time but it wasn’t confirmed, you can still click Re-verify payment in the order detail within 24 hours after expiry to credit it yourself.

If your wallet balance covers the price, choose Pay from wallet balance instead: instant, no QR scan or on-chain wait.

The prepaid wallet lives under Settings → Account → Wallet; managed-hosting purchases, renewals, upgrades and platform fees are charged from the wallet balance first.

  • Top up: the top-up amount must be a whole number of USDT; the amount credited equals the amount you pay — it’s added to your wallet in full.
  • History: every credit / debit is recorded (top-up, subscription charge, refund, adjustment, referral reward) along with the balance after each movement.
  • Pay the difference: if your balance falls short during a purchase, pay just the shortfall online — once the payment lands, the purchase completes automatically, no need to do it again.

License-code redemption: an unused paid license code can be redeemed for any of the following (redemption is irreversible) —

  • bind one of your own servers (Servers page → “I have a code” → redeem & bind);
  • cover a managed-hosting annual platform fee (no wallet charge).

Standard / Large / XL managed-hosting plans all carry an annual platform fee (APF, independent of the monthly fee):

  • When it’s charged: the first year is charged at purchase, and it is charged again at each yearly renewal; the server detail shows the “Platform fee paid through” date, and when due you can pay with your balance or redeem a license code.
  • Amount: a flat yearly fee for Standard / Large; the XL tiers pay a higher fee reflecting their larger capacity. The Starter experience tier is exempt. Exact amounts are shown in the console.

You can enable Annual authorization auto-renew to renew from your wallet automatically at expiry and avoid interruption; when off, the authorization lapses when it ends.

The My orders page collects every purchase you’ve made:

  • Summary cards on top: Paid / Pending / Expired / Total paid.
  • Filter by status (Pending / Paid / Expired / Cancelled), search by order no. or server, and narrow by date range.
  • Columns: Order No., Created, Server, Type (Server license / Code pack / Renewal / Wallet top-up / goco AI add-on / Build credits), Amount, Status, Completed, Tx hash (click to view on the blockchain explorer).
  • Click any row to open the Order detail: chain, receive address, expiry, paid-at time, actually received amount and more.

A pending order has a Resume payment button that reopens the payment view — even after a refresh or navigating away, the order isn’t lost. Expired / cancelled orders offer Re-verify payment.

Payment didn’t land / insufficient balance

Transferred, but the order isn’t credited

Section titled “Transferred, but the order isn’t credited”
  1. Check that the transferred amount matches the order exactly (every decimal) — rounded or mismatched amounts can’t be auto-matched.
  2. On-chain confirmation takes a moment; wait a bit and click I’ve paid again.
  3. Order already expired: click Re-verify payment in the order detail within 24 hours; if it says “Past the self-service re-verify window — please contact the admin”, contact the admin for a manual check — your payment is safe.
  4. Overpaid / underpaid: it can’t be auto-credited — contact the admin with the transaction hash for manual handling.
  • When you see “Insufficient wallet balance”, top up first, or use Pay the difference inside the purchase flow — the purchase completes automatically once it lands.
  • If it still says the balance is insufficient after a top-up, confirm the funds have been credited, then retry.
  • “You have too many unpaid orders”: complete or cancel a pending order before creating a new one.
  • If you’ve already sent the transfer, do NOT cancel the order — a cancelled order can’t be auto-credited.
